Under the guidance of experienced guides, you will learn skiing technique and mountain safety. We practice navigation and go through what equipment is suitable in the winter mountains.

After completing the course, you must have sufficient knowledge to be able to embark on shorter or longer trips on your own.

You have a 20% discount on the rent as a participant in the course.

If you travel far to the course, we recommend that you take the train to Undersåker. For information about transfer to and from Vålådalen, contact the reception at the mountain station.

Price: SEK 4,420 per person in a double room (single room supplement SEK 245 / day). For reservations contact the reception 0647-353 00.

The package includes: Accommodation (incl sheets and final cleaning), sports pension (breakfast, lunch, 1-course dinner, valid Friday lunch until Sunday lunch), theory sessions, guided tours, loan of windbag, shovel and first aid kit, sauna / hot tub, gym and sports hall.

The course starts on Friday after lunch and ends in the afternoon on Sunday.
